Essential Ingredients

Color Application Instructions
Step 1: Mix: Mix Blond Forte Eunoia hair color with Blond Forte Developer in a 1:1 Mixing Ratio.
(Example: Mix 2 Oz. Eunoia permanent hair color and 2 oz. Blond Forte developer)
Step 2: Apply to Hair: Apply mixture on the hair from roots to tip and let I rest for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Re-apply: Re-apply the same mixture. Spread evenly until all the hair is completely covered and let it rest for about 35 minutes.
Step 4: Rinse and Dry Hair: Rinse hair well, shampoo hair and towel dry.
